Of course, most people know where it comes from and that it's bad for you... That this fucker can lie about it so blathely is incredible. I've rarely seen doublethink like this before.

I bought some pickled herring the other day for the first (and last) time and I was reading the labels of each one. One of the first ingredients of a particular brand was rapeseed oil! I thought that shit was poisonous! Maybe it was a mistake (it was of foreign origin) and they meant to put canola oil but I was floored.

Anyhow stay away from canola oil that shit is an industrial lubricant. And always read those labels!
