It sure as hell doesn't hurt to have cereal in the fridge. OP should have kept his cunt mouth shut and he'd still have a place to crash.

OP is an autistic fuck. Going into his friend's bedroom, in his friend's house, in front of his friend's girl, likely after a night of stuffing the sausage in her, and not only calling him a retard, calling his girl a retard to his face while his girl is there.

That's shit you save for men's night at the bar/bbq.

Maybe there are jews (rats) in the apartment. The fridge will keep the cereal safe.

Keeps it from going stale. Chips as well.

Depends on the fridge, could just as well make the stuff wet.

Nope. Actually makes gains go stale faster. https://www.seriouseats.com/does-refrigeration-really-ruin-bread

Interesting. Anecdotally it seems to work for me. Maybe its just my brain playing tricks on me.

Go check out my comment about humidity. Do you live where it's humid?

[ - ] Version6 0 points 3.2 yearsMar 8, 2022 09:06:26 ago (+0/-0)

No, I live in a dry area.

She gave him a shit test and he failed. "I do this retarded thing, you should too!"

You shouldn't be eating cereal in the first place, but the fridge wouldn't be a good place to keep it unless it has a humidity control.

I always keep cereal in the fridge because I don't eat it very often and it will go bad otherwise. OP (on 4chan) is a faggot

Nope. Dried grain. Seal the bag properly and store at room temperature. Refrigeration will make it go stale faster. https://www.seriouseats.com/does-refrigeration-really-ruin-bread

I live in a very humid climate (actually classified as a subtropical rainforest) so what you and I consider "stale" is different! The article you posted is good, but it is talking about bread getting rock hard with age, which doesn't happen here. Here bread and cereal (and chips, crackers, etc) get soggy as they sit out because of the humidity. Even if they're sealed well, it's just too humid. Bread actually will ferment and start to taste like weird wine if it's left out for a few weeks. The fridge makes cereal and bread last forever.

Oh, I live in a place where winter lasts like 5 months.

Keeping cereal in the fridge where you also store the milk isn't that bad of an idea if you aren't short for fridge space.

Instead of going from the fridge to the cupboards, everything you need is right there behind just one door.

A story about cereal and refrigeration from TEN fucking years ago? Are we getting that desperate for content on this platform?
