I don’t doubt the US has bioweapons facilities in every country on earth, but those early facility maps in Ukraine might have been the op. Because at least 4 of them on that map were in Russian controlled territory within the first day.. 2 of them were in areas Donbas had for years already.
Then the first opening day bombing maps looked like they hit all those facilities but you could see many of them were just close but not the same.

So now any mention of bioweapons facilities has huge expectations, and any “truth lies somewhere in the middle” effort will be impossible.
