I forgot I mentioned that in my last post. Its not actually running because I use my treadmill. I came to this conclusion the other day, running on a treadmill is not running. Its just jumping up and down for a long period of time. Still great cardiovascular exercise and that is important. I guess it doesn't matter that much for the remainder of this particular life as we only have 7 days to live. I made some sugar cookies and I'm about to enjoy a cup of coffee. I found a nice 15lb kettle bell on the street during my morning dog walk the other day. I need to wash my car.
