The material belt and the certificate are merely symbolic acknowledgements of a martial artist's achieved skill level, and ultimately have no real value. The only real Black Belt is the martial artist himself. Putin is the black belt, and this can never been taken away.

This cancellation is just used as nothing more than to stop Western people from having access of any knowledge of their own identity. It’s more than just political theater and goose stepping. Soon everything which Whites have will be forbidden from us to know or destroyed be it music, literature, films, art, cuisine, clothing, architecture or any other form of cultural product which gives people a strong sense of their identity and their heritage.
