Both sides are in my book. Ukraine is forcing civilians into battle. I don't care what codes or conversions exist. That's as bad as bombing a building with civilians in it because in both cases you are causing civilians who want nothing to do with war to face the consequences of war. Then Russia uses forced conscription too.

He probably pulled the image from Reddit, considering that was the second result when I googled "Perceptions of War Crimes by Vaccine Acceptance". It seems the original image comes from a pro-vaxx lib on Twitter, but I'm going to guess this won't change your perception at all.
