If the judge was a black woman and the opposing attorney was a white man? I contend that you would probably be better off having a black female attorney. They will be worth their weight in gold among the most prestigious law firms competing to hire them. Does not matter if the sheboon is stupid, they will have young white law clerks writing all her motions, and coaching the sheboon on legal tactics.

Which isn't really a fair nickname. There were a rash of accidents early on because when it was new, people were transitioning from something like a Cessna 140 or similar. Those aircraft were simple to fly and rather forgiving. Whereas the Bonanza had much higher performance, higher complexity (including retractable gear), and was less forgiving of errors. So pilots were getting into them before they were ready to handle them, and were paying the price.

And since the people who could most often afford a new Bonanza were doctors and lawyers, that's where the nickname came from.

Similar issues were had with the Cessna 310 and Cirrus SR-22 after their initial introduction. Much higher performance than people were used to similar classes, and in the case of the SR-22 the airframe parachute caused complacency.

But the problems go away with proper training and education, and were never inherent in the designs themselves.

What are the charges I'm being tried on OP. What state/city I'm I going on trial in. Are the charges Federal or State.

Does not necessarily have to be a criminal trial, I would include civil trials. In fact I think the choice would be even more important in a civil trial as the judge is not constrained by sentencing guidelines.
