Lol..how large do you imagine entrance and exit wounds are especially from a handgun? There are instances where police and rescue personnel don't even realize people are shot because the wounds are small. Reality doesn't work like a video game my friend.

Not necessarily. I've seen tons of shooting videos and you'd be surprised at the lack of blood within moments of the shooting, especially with lower caliber guns.

Reality isn't like Hollywood, you don't start squirting blood all over the place if you get shot, and many smaller bullets don't go all the way through and create huge exit wounds.

If the video went on for another minute or two you'd probably start to see a pool of blood, but within a couple seconds no.

The cell footage is exactly how many seconds after the shooting? Seems like the gunman was long gone when the cell footage starts. Which would give blood time to naturally drain/pool

This isn't cell phone footage, it's a street security camera. Shots are fired at 0:12, victim dropped around 0:13 and then the video ends 6 seconds later.

If this video was maybe 30 seconds longer you'd start to see a pool of blood

the body's blood system is kept under constant positive pressure, even if your heart stops, that pressure remains for awhile

that being said, if you are shot dead and filled full of holes that are say, entrance wounds in the back, that do not exit and you land on your stomache, yea you are probably not going to bleed a lot because once the pressure equalizes it's no longer forced out and will only "leak out" of a hole on the bottom of the body (bottom facing)
