It is fake as fuck. 3 dollar pay cut is constructive termination in every state I can think of, which means every employee in this fake ass story would be eligible for unemployment benefits-- which the company would be responsible for paying to the state. that's an argument, I kind of think that the fact he just talked about the "senile" retard (he's not senile he's using it as an act) in office, I see no way shape or form this could ever be a discrimination suit.

First, there isn't anyone named in that section. The pay cut is applied across the board. It sounds more like he identifies biden as the source of the problem and is simply venting his frustrations. No "arbitration" would be done on this even if it was taken to court...it would be in there for the judge to once over the document and then dismissed without cause.

I admit I’m not American so there’s a chance I’m wrong here, but I’m pretty sure you can’t just unilaterally reduce employee pay in any country that has a word for ‘contract’. A pay rate is stipulated in a contract, a contract cannot be amended unilaterally, all changes to a contract must be agreed upon by all parties to that contract. That’s the most basic level of tort law.

By definition. a job is an contract as well...I pay you X, you produce Y, where Y is greater then X in terms of monetary value...example...I can't give you a job for 20 bucks an hour producing something in an hour you can sell for 10 bucks. If I do in fact do that, that is not a "job" that is "charity" and the suspension of said "charity" can be done at anytime without reason

Market value people...market value is a thing, when you inflate your dollar value away, it affects market value exactly 0...the fiat side of the market is all that's affected...a gallon of gas is still a gallon of gas, the process still requires the exact same amount of energy today as it did yesterday to produce, the only thing that has "increased" is the amount of money you need to buy it because the dollar value relative to the material good you are attempting to purchase has dropped.

Had this been a company wide message informing the company that Sharon will be getting docked by 3 bucks an hour because that dumb cunt voted for biden...yes, not only is that illegal for a violation of a contract stipulation but also discriminatory. "Cutting costs" is something businesses do all the time...do you think employee's "consent" to giant companies doing it? They don't...so why can they? because it's legal

Yes, when rarely it happens. It’s “accept a cut or there’ll have to lay-offs” and often employees accept cuts to keep their job security. They still need to consent for a contract to be amended though.
