You have enough money you have segregation. In most schools the kids self segregate and whites can further segregate in the AP courses. I am a product of desegregation. The local school board built a new school for the niggers on the wrong side of the tracks in the southern small town I lived in. It was explained to the niggers that the demarcation line for the school district was those railroad tracks. Whites attended a school that had been built in the early 1900s. After I changed to another school , their solution was to create different elementary classes. Sixth grade had enough children for two classes. The whites were in one class, the niggers and stupid whites in another. Our teacher was a 30 something , bright, capable, dedicated woman. The nigger class had an old broken teacher who was adept at discipline. Progressing through junior high the classes were determined by subject, I.E. teachers handled one subject like history and had multiple classes. The classes were set up so that First period was almost completely white. The school kept dossiers on the students. Early in the 9th grade several teachers began to apply pressure and hastle multiple niggers who were academically challenged and difficult to deal with, until they quit. They had formulated and implemented a plan to deal with desegregation.

so no one even questioned whether separation is segregation. no one measured anything in terms of short lifetimes.
