I'd build it where the Mississippi, Ohio, Missouri, Tennessee, Cumberland, Wabash, Illinois and Green rivers all come together. You control that, you control vast amounts of commerce in the country.

Southern Illinois, Western Kentucky, Eastern Missouri, Southern Indiana, North West Tennessee. I see that as the best place in the country to migrate to. Lots of land, hard wood trees, water and White people. Plus, you have the Ozarks, Shawnee Hills and KY is full of hills. They sit over one of the largest coal reserves on the planet, and the weather's not too bad.
