It's already constantly increasing! We've been seeing it here in a coastal town where these sorts of things are not supposed to happen [where anyone is looking] and even right in the marina, where we all used to be friends.

They 'remodeled' the entire marina not too long ago, to remove pretty much all the social aspect, keeping every row distinctly separated from every other, and removing ALL social gathering areas like where we used to have parties and barbecues, making them 'public parks', and of course you can guess pretty accurately what that means.

Selling is a really good idea and I'm having some success in convincing the missus, but she really loves her garden and has quite the daily routine out there... still - we do have like $500k in equity on this thing and that could make an adequate downpayment on a better place should we manage to find one. Moving the entire family onto the boat would be sub-optimal and temporary; she's only comfortable for two when fully provisioned.

The beach here in California is pretty much the best place in the US, depending on your stage of life. There were zero niggers for the first 30 years, and even now they're rare.
