i wonder if there is a chinese version of barbara streisand.
either way theyre about to get a lesson on the effect.
no better way to publicise an event youre trying to pretend never happened than to suddenly shut down someone for alluding even accidentally to said non existent event...
next question - what would happen in china if all of the chinese suddenly started spamming their internet with that shit... would the ccp just give up and nuke entire blocks?
Maybe. My observation is that mainlanders are often not the type to push back in any way. You have to remember they had a disgenic purge of most of their intelligent and non-compliant folks not that long ago.

The Jan 6 investigation is a perfect example of this. Our Commie democratic politicians are busy making a mountain out of a molehill because they can and they smell blood against their opponents. Regardless of how the majority of Americans feel about it. They already figured out how to make the majority irrelevant, 2020 election!

The CCP is the world leader when it comes to censoring the internet. They are damn good at fucking up what could and should have been the crown jewel of humanity. Tactics that people wont even know are now being used against them have long been public knowledge in China.
Li Jianqi. He appears to be a minimally closeted queer who promotes make-up and other faggy men’s consoomer products for large corporations like loreal. He is known as the “lipstick brother”.
Not only did he joke about tiananmen but he seems to be promoting fagginess, in a veiled way. He doesn’t seem like a reform activist at all.

I wouldnt know but I will say in china they have AIs staring at your ass crack every time you walk down a city street. Being subtle or suicidally extreme for a few brief moments is about the most one can do. Its a nation built like a prison and the rest of the world is doing what it can to mimic that.
