Well, it finally happened. I was wondering what it was like to get fired, and now I know.
Gist of it is, globohomo corp's DIEversity department sent an e-mail last week about fagpride events around the country (canaderp). It also had an e-vite for some online session about queer crap with some "specialist" cunt. I just replied with "Ok groomer" to that e-mail, didn't CC anyone. I just assumed it was one of those e-mail address that send out automated e-mails and bounce back when you respond to them. How wrong I was.
Fast forward to earlier this afternoon, I get a call from my office's jewess boss, some HR pajeet and my supervisor and they tell me that I'm getting terminated ASAP because of "hate messaging." I actually had a bit of a back and forth with the yenta asking how is it hate as I used no expletives or said anything explicitly hateful. She responded with some shit about "muh negative connotations" and how it's accusing the alphabet-soup group of being abusers, to which I replied with it being basically factual. She didn't take it much further and just ended it with saying that "you can't do that" or whatever. Fucking yids defending this shit, so typical...
Anyway, they've terminated me "without prejudice." They're paying me 5 weeks for "notice entitlement" and an indemnity of 5 weeks "in lieu of your severance entitlement." Apparently both are as per the Employment Standards Act. This is in addition to all the vacation hours I've banked of course and the outstanding payment for the hours they haven't paid me for yet. I have until July 1st (which is stat holiday here btw) to sign the termination letter. My questions is, should I just sign the thing, or should I consult a (((lawyer))) about taking this to court in order to get a larger compensation? A friend of mine is advising to do the latter as he thinks I'm entitled to more shekels. Can any Canadagoats chime in?
P.S. this is a blessing of sorts IMO as I've hated this industry for a LONG while and was planning to leave of my own accord by the end of this year. If I did that I probably wouldn't received any severance, but now this way I do. It's too bad they couldn't wait a bit longer as I was just 1 month short of receiving a 5-year plaque. Oh well, fuck 'em.

According to the government's website, I'd be getting the max amount ($638 per week) for a minimum of 14 weeks, max of 38. But the gov't being the gov't, those benefits are taxable, even though that's my tax money being returned to me. They just can't fucking help themselves.

Wish I thought about this during the call because I'd have asked if corporate believes in faggotry strong enough to promote it in their ME offices. Years ago I 'engineered' it so that I would get terminated from a major corporation. I had already made a New Year's resolution to leave the company and industry by the end of the year. A situation arose where they were looking to get rid of some people. I didn't think they would actually be stupid enough to terminate me because I was the only one in my department who knew what the fuck was going on. (Of course, everybody above me THOUGHT they knew what was going on.)
The department went to complete shit and the director tried to get my former coworkers to contact me and ask if I would help them figure out how to correct all the fuckups. They unanimously agreed that they were NOT going to call me up and that it was the director's fault for not knowing that I shouldn't have been terminated. (I was told this by one of my former coworkers.) Shit got so bad that a VP from another department read the VP of my former department the riot act, and told him he should have known what I was doing and how valuable my work was to other departments in the company.
Anyways, I was given a generous severance package in addition to accrued vacation time. But it gets even better: HR fucked up and said I qualified for a pension. (I did not have near enough time in to qualify for a pension.) They said I have 60 days to either take the pension out in cash or let them sit on it until I reached the age of 58 or some shit like that. I figured they would catch their mistake so I took the cash and rolled it over into an IRA. I didn't want to spend the money thinking I would have to pay it back, but I also wanted to collect income on it in the meantime. Well, 20+ years later and the company no longer exists. I still have the money.
And kind of like how you were the only one in your department who knew what to do, I was one of the more experienced people on the team (probably the most besides my immediate boss) so I think they might've screwed themselves somewhat by getting rid of me. He said that he had no idea I was going to get canned until moments before they had the call with me. We had a big deliverable due this Tuesday as well, on which 2 other guys and myself worked our asses off on, so the timing is very unfortunate for him because now he has to scramble to find people to finish my remaining portion of the work. We were already short-staffed as one team member left the company a couple of months ago, so with me gone it's only going to get worse. They're hiring someone new in July but he only has 1/3rd or so the experience I have, so I'm not sure how they're going to be able to meet deadlines at this rate.
I know it's not really my problem anymore, but I do feel bad for my supervisor as he was already overwhelmed with work and him losing one of the hardest working and most experienced people on his team out of nowhere was very likely a crushing blow. On the plus side he did say that I can use him as a reference in the future as he does acknowledge that I have an engineering mindset, so that's nice. Too bad I won't really be able to say farewell on Monday as he tested positive for the coof a few days ago and has to stay home for 2 weeks or so.
My advice to you is to NOT help your former coworkers — no matter how much you like them. Remember that it was the company, and their retarded policies, that fired you. Explain this to any former colleagues, and let them know that you are not taking it out on them. Nobody really gives a shit about you anyways and everybody will move on with their lives as they adjust to the new situation.
Print the email, and include it as an attachment with your resume/cover letter/references. Be up front as to what you believe and what kind of company you want to work for.
You need 3 things to get a good job: 1. Work Experience and References 2. Certifications (industry certs and state occupational licenses) 3. Education (usually college)
Check your resume, and maybe level-up your weakest of the 3 if you do not find a job in a hurry.

Talk to the lawyer, explain it's urgent and get his opinion of the letter. Confirm anything he tells you yourself: Some lawyers will talk you into an expensive lawsuit, then after they've pocketed a few hundred hours of fees they'll leave you hanging.

you'd be looking at wrongful termination. your defense would be that the company should not allow recipients to respond company-wide and that this was a failure of the IT Dept running your email system. say that you only responded "out of frustration" and expected it to return a failure notice.
it is standard practice to restrict recipients from sending to company-wide email lists like that.
If the reply only went to the HR cunt and not company-wide, they have an even worse case, because the email could not be construed as being "hateful" toward the subject of the email, namely groomers, because it was not sent to them. instead, it was sent to whomever the individual who received it was. the employee handbook likely has some policy on internet usage and statements about an "open door" policy of some kind. if it has an open door policy, you say you were expressing your dissatisfaction openly with the individual who sent it out, and that it warranted a discussion or even a warning, but not termination. if there is an internet usage policy, which is likely that you signed, it would need an explicit item about sending rude emails to coworkers in order for this to be actionable.
now, laws and rules are one thing and shady canuckistan courts are another. what matters is that when a company receives a letter from a lawyer on letterhead suggesting "wrongful termination" they get nervous. this can lead to a variety of consequences for them, not least of which is bad publicity. the truth is they probably have NO IDEA if they were in the right or not. Ask for six-months severance to go away and you may get it.

Unless they delete your email history, you might be able to get a court order to recieve a copy of the data through a legal proceding called "discovery". Check with your lawyer.

I was thinking about this well after the call as they have branches in the middle east. Wish I thought about this during the call because I'd have asked if corporate believes in faggotry strong enough to promote it in their ME offices. The department went to complete shit and the director tried to get my former coworkers to contact me and ask if I would help them figure out how to correct all the fuckups. They unanimously agreed that they were NOT going to call me up and that it was the director's fault for not knowing that I shouldn't have been terminated. (I was told this by one of my former coworkers.) Shit got so bad that a VP from another department read the VP of my former department the riot act, and told him he should have known what I was doing and how valuable my work was to other departments in the company.
Anyways, I was given a generous severance package in addition to accrued vacation time. But it gets even better: HR fucked up and said I qualified for a pension. (I did not have near enough time in to qualify for a pension.) They said I have 60 days to either take the pension out in cash or let them sit on it until I reached the age of 58 or some shit like that. I figured they would catch their mistake so I took the cash and rolled it over into an IRA. I didn't want to spend the money thinking I would have to pay it back, but I also wanted to collect income on it in the meantime. Well, 20+ years later and the company no longer exists. I still have the money.

And kind of like how you were the only one in your department who knew what to do, I was one of the more experienced people on the team (probably the most besides my immediate boss) so I think they might've screwed themselves somewhat by getting rid of me. He said that he had no idea I was going to get canned until moments before they had the call with me. We had a big deliverable due this Tuesday as well, on which 2 other guys and myself worked our asses off on, so the timing is very unfortunate for him because now he has to scramble to find people to finish my remaining portion of the work. We were already short-staffed as one team member left the company a couple of months ago, so with me gone it's only going to get worse. They're hiring someone new in July but he only has 1/3rd or so the experience I have, so I'm not sure how they're going to be able to meet deadlines at this rate.
I know it's not really my problem anymore, but I do feel bad for my supervisor as he was already overwhelmed with work and him losing one of the hardest working and most experienced people on his team out of nowhere was very likely a crushing blow. On the plus side he did say that I can use him as a reference in the future as he does acknowledge that I have an engineering mindset, so that's nice. Too bad I won't really be able to say farewell on Monday as he tested positive for the coof a few days ago and has to stay home for 2 weeks or so.

Seriously, sue the shit out of them. You don't necessarily need a lawyer, just hit up the Internet and learn how to file a wrongful termination suit or whatever canacucks call them. Without a lawyer, even if you don't win the case, you will cost them tens of thousands of dollars in lawyer fees. Honestly, they may settle out of court just to avoid paying their own jew layers.

Talk to the lawyer, explain it's urgent and get his opinion of the letter. Confirm anything he tells you yourself: Some lawyers will talk you into an expensive lawsuit, then after they've pocketed a few hundred hours of fees they'll leave you hanging.
If you were planning on quitting anyway I'd take the money (unless they're drastically underpaying you what they owe). A lawsuit could potentially take years and be a huge drain on your time and finances. Plus ultimately it's going to come down to some jew judge deciding whether or not to fuck a white man.

They are basically gangstalking and cancelling you. Attacking you financially which is a key aspect of narcissistic abuse. It's absolutely what you would expect from Jews. It's their whole playbook so they would freak at this.
You should also claim to be autistic and claim that they have made to reasonable accommodations for your disability which can result in offhand comments that offend others.
Don't sign anything. You will be agreeing that they where in the right and you have no claims. Get a copy and prove they are underhanded and invalidating your rights as part of their narcissistic abuse tactics.
Let them fire you and sue them for all you can get.
If you are leaving the industry anyway you can claim that they destroyed your career too and the emotional cost was devastating etc etc......

it is standard practice to restrict recipients from sending to company-wide email lists like that.
If the reply only went to the HR cunt and not company-wide, they have an even worse case, because the email could not be construed as being "hateful" toward the subject of the email, namely groomers, because it was not sent to them. instead, it was sent to whomever the individual who received it was. the employee handbook likely has some policy on internet usage and statements about an "open door" policy of some kind. if it has an open door policy, you say you were expressing your dissatisfaction openly with the individual who sent it out, and that it warranted a discussion or even a warning, but not termination. if there is an internet usage policy, which is likely that you signed, it would need an explicit item about sending rude emails to coworkers in order for this to be actionable.
now, laws and rules are one thing and shady canuckistan courts are another. what matters is that when a company receives a letter from a lawyer on letterhead suggesting "wrongful termination" they get nervous. this can lead to a variety of consequences for them, not least of which is bad publicity. the truth is they probably have NO IDEA if they were in the right or not. Ask for six-months severance to go away and you may get it.
