Here in Germany, 24 would be exceptionally early. Many kids do an year high school abroad that they must repeat when back in Germany, then have some fun after graduation and start college no earlier than 20-22. By 23-24 they realize that STEM is too hard for them and start again with some bachelor of arts. After the bachelor they do another year of drinking abroad and then the master with no hurry whatsoever. Half of them leave then the university, others stay another 4-8 years for a PhD. In general, Germans under 30 never worked a full-time job and never payed any income taxes or mortgage, etc. At least the "smarter" ones that go to college.

Many college graduates never have kids because women graduate no earlier than the end of 20's and then they want to make career. I'd say most college graduates have only one kid at some point. We call them "Anstandskind" (decency kid), because it's like a status symbol to show that you have a real family. I'm talking about my generation though. Younger kids are much more degenerate and probably won't reproduce at all with all the gender confusion. Meanwhile, Muslims are the majority at every elementary school in every major city. They don't give a shit about going to college and start having kids at 18.
