Looks like a pretty clean detonation. From here I don't see much in the way of explosive residue at the base of those remaining stones. No obvious sign of burning, no obvious sign of a grass fire. There appears to be slight discoloration on the damaged top stone.

I have a couple of questions to anyone familiar with the site:

1) Are the "commandments" on the stones spread out evenly among the stones in the various translations or is each one contained on an individual stone?
2) If the latter, then what were the "commandments" contained upon the destroyed stones?

I ask because the remaining stones look practically untouched, which I wouldn't exactly expect from explosives.
