I saw this on Police Activity. Pause and look at that demon spic's sick smile while going for the kill. Strong feeling of schadenfreude when first seeing this; the involuntary arm movements as he died.

He had a puddle of fluid, probably missed all the major blood vessels and landed in the lungs, fluid from the pericardium and lungs leaking out or it was a gut shot and that was stomach acid. A clean hole wont bleed that badly if the bullet misses major red organs(heart/liver/kidneys or blood vessels, if they flipped him though he probably would have started bleeding everywhere. His lungs were probably full of blood by the time paramedics arrived, the 4 shallow breaths the good samaritan noticed were likely from arterial spurts of blood into the lungs pushing air out.
