I just grilled up a fat ribeye and am following with a couple of cocktails. Life is good?

The other night I was treated to steak from my buddy's cow that he raised grass fed for four years. She was also fed lots of fruit scraps like mango and lilikoi. We harvested her ourselves and had the meat aged and butchered by a local cowboy. Best God blessed steak I've eaten in my life. For those that have the means, I highly recommend it. I'm ruined now and can't wait to raise the next heifer

We got a deal on a big huge London broil roast hunk of beef, and the broccoli was a tolerable price as well, so we lucked out. We're eating as sumptuously as we can, since we never get the chance to do it again pretty soon.

Bought a pound of ground chuck. Cooked on med hi 5 minutes per side. Pour the grease back on top.
Gives it a crust like a steak. Smells like a steak. Is a steak.

Was going to save half. It was so good I ate it all.
