I had a spic neighbor that would blow his lawn rubbish across the street into mine. Had to have some face to face altercations till he knocked it off. My favorite was the first interaction. He tried that,"no comprende" crap. I looked him dead in the eyes and told him,"Bullshit you understand just fine, now stop fucking with me or there is going to be a problem". The look that rolled across his face was priceless when I clearly wasn't going to let him play beaner games

That can be a sign of wetwork being carried out in the area. The blowers provide noise cover. Especially with an unmarked truck.

If you have a noise issue that no one is addressing fire a few rounds into the ground. I guarantee 'authorities' will show up. Then play dumb and say, "Hey, while you're here..."

Go to the city council, and argue for an earlier start time for the noise. Do so in a manner that enrages them. Call them fat and lazy for making it start later, argue for 7am, and tell them you'll have your crew start at 8am regardless and there is not a damn thing they can do to stop you.

Neighbor across the street had his Mexicans rolling 4 of those big gas Stihl Blowers running yesterday, I'm up anyway drinking coffee in peace, but in the summer time when the windows are open, that shit is loud. It's but a minor annoyance to me, but I feel your pain brother. I put on Seinhauser earphones and pull up some catbox shit I find on voat and I can still hear that stuff.
