Green seems to stop at 135. The 145 cutoff of orange is data intentionally left off (we presume to prevent further embarrassment); whereas, (if jpg compression doesn't deceive me), the 135 cutoff is actually simply the end of the road for the distribution of green.

This tells me Thomas Sowell was not charted, or there isnt enough Sowells to make a statistical blip. Not shamed to admit Sowell is just way smarter than I am, perhaps not necessarily found in a measurement of IQ but certainly impossible that Sowell's IQ isn't really high up there.
