Slowly. If necessary, start with resistance bands, otherwise low weight and high repetition (sets of 20) will help condition tendons and muscles. Eventually you can up the weight but keep higher repetition until you have confidence in your shoulders.

6 foot 2 inches weight about 185 highest bench was 320 maybe 325 at one point who knows but I could do 3 plates once pretty easy at one point
