For you DIYers, you need an M16 BCG if converting with an actually autosear.

Most ARs come with them these days, and the vast majority of aftermarket BCGs are, from dirt cheap $50 carriers to fancy alloyed ones. You can also weld a small slug on a non-FA BCG if you are in a pinch, and are very careful.
