it's a troop carrier with a small autocannon, tanks have just enough seats to operate it

First thing I noticed was that barrel sticking out looked small for a what I thought was a tank. Then again from what I've seen it was just more russian equipment that doesn't appear to be as impressive as one might think. Thanks again, nig.

Much lighter armor and weapons on an IFV. It's job is to transport a squad of infantry to the battlefield, let them dismount, then provide fire support.

As you can see this one didn't have an infantry squad which has been a systemic problem for the Russians. There armor units were designed and trained to fight with infantry support but that infantry was generally supposed to be filled in with conscripts which Russia can't deploy out of country during peace time. That is why Putin wants to pretend eastern Ukraine is part of Russia now.

A friend of mine told me he heard that the Russians are having problems getting supplies in to it's troops. He thinks that's why you're starting to see more vids of Russians surrendering. Maybe they're running out of food and bullets.

You can also snag the embedded .m3u8 playlist link, open it in vlc, then convert source to mp4, which is probably what this website is doing (replace vlc with ffmpeg).
