I am always inundated by spic replies. $400 dollars worth of new electrical wire...I'm asking $350. Spics offer 50 bucks. Email after email, the same tired shit. Half of them want me to deliver it too. I don't even bother answering.

Mirrors my experience of trying to buy a trailer used. Either everyone is a slob and loses their registration, which for my state is required for any trailer over 2500 lbs, or all used trailers are stolen. And no I will not commit a felony and open myself up to insurance problems and liability and register it as a homebuilt with a totally new vin that doesn't match because a cop you know said it was a good idea. JFC I just went and bought a new one.

Over several dozens of sales I've only been jerked around twice. In both cases the 'buyer' strung me along when it came time to meet up, and wasted my time. It quickly became pretty obvious what they were having a lark at my expense so it was nothing worse than a minor annoyance in the end.

What has happen quite frequently, however, is potential buyers that in their on-line communications come across as either complete nut jobs or as scammers, but that turn out to but 100% authentic. I even lost a couple sales because I was sure that they were jerking me around.

I don't know why anyone who isn't retarded would talk in the ways they did but they are inevitably in their 20s and they sound like complete air head twinkies. It's actually kind of disconcerting when you consider these are adults and are worthy of having serious responsibilities.

Anyhow now I treat everyone as legit but I no longer agree to meet anywhere but at where the item that's for sale is located and not we're talking price until they've seen the item and I get a sense they are actually serious. If the first thing out of your mouth is "Will you take X dollars?" (where X is some amount less than asking price) then I don't even bother replying.

Story Time (you have been warned): I was selling a Steering Wheel & Pedals driving controller that was like $400 originally. The thing was at least 10 years old but had hardly been used and rather than take it to the dump I thought I'd see if someone might get some use out of it. I set it at $20 not because I wanted the money but rather to weed out the bots and bottom feeders.

Some guy said he wanted it. I told him that the device powered up but other than that I could not verify that it worked. Not a problem, he said, because he's really good at hacking hardware. But he didn't have a car yadda yadda. It turned out I could drop it off on my way to an appointment I had the next day so I offered to so that. Again I could have cared less about the money; this was all about someone getting some use out of some old but still good tech.

The guy was 15 minutes late to our meeting which was annoying but fine whatever. But then he called the next day upset because he couldn't find current Windows 7 drivers for it and wanted his money back. AHAHAHAHAHAHA I literally laughed into the phone.

Oh, and he was a fat neck beard. They are called cliches for a reason.

I really dislike those pajeet level automated messages that come flooding in after posting anything, just a straight copy and paste of the title, location, and price. They didn't even bother to put a single line of code in to parse it out. I tell them to go shit in the street and block them.

I sold a broke snowblower beginning of this year. Asked $100. Probably fixable but I just didn't want to fuck with. Made it clear it did not work. I got the following two questions from at least 20 people:

1) Does it work?
2) Will you take (some low ball offer)? One fucker offered $10 and he wanted me to drive it 50 miles to his likely shithole trailer. When I told him no he told me to fuck myself.

Got an enemy? Put a craigslist ad up for "free metal" then give out their address, tell them to knock real loud because you are partially deaf.

If you post your cell number thats linked to a google account you can count on scammers asking you to send them your verification code so they can ransom your google account.

I had a bunch of old alternative magazines I was selling and holy fuck the niggerishness of those fuckers. All the shit I told them upfront- that they have been read, they are heavy, etc, those jews tried to get me to come down on the price even on the caveats I included already. I ended up adding to my ad that the price is firm and if you try to jew it down you are immediately blocked. I ended up selling them but after the faggot sent the money he still tried to jew down the price.

I tried to sell a camping chair but that was even worse and I ended up throwing the fucker away instead.

Later for a joke I wrote a post about selling milk crates, which you can get free (not really though) from behind convenience stores and holy fuck were they jewy about that shit. Everyone took it seriously too.

You know there is some nigger site or boomer forum where they talk about screwing over people selling shit and trying to make a few shekels after a day or two of jewing people down.

Take a spin through the CL free stuff ads if you want to really lose faith in society. I guess it varies by locale, but where I'm at nearly every ad is for some "free" thing that is really a service request in disguise. "Free firewood, just chop up this tree that fell in my yard," etc. Niggers trying to sell their dogs by listing the animal as free but with a "rehoming fee." I flag these ads without hesitation. Fucking niggers don't deserve pets, they ARE pets.

Ebay is so much better. For anything.

I never list things online anymore because I always got stood up. I had a few pieces of furniture I was trying to give away, just trying to be a nice person and give good usable stuff to someone who might need it. Listed stuff on kikebook marketplace. So many times I drove to meet someone to give them the furniture and they never arrived, never answered another message... I've even delivered the stuff to someone's house and they never came out to get it. Called them over and over to say I'm there, but don't know which house is theirs, and.... No answer, never sent another message. And this was FREE furniture. Free!!!

I don't get it. Apparently there's a whole subgroup of people who get their jollies by making arrangements and then never following through. Fuck em. Never again. Ended up putting it all by an apartment in the college town a half hour away so some students would find it

One had me in the driveway for 2 hours. Husband was confused I kept trying to signal him but he's stupid and didn't save me.

A woman I sold lemons to kept me in a Walmart parking lot for about an hour talking about organic this and crunchy mom stuff.


Another time a different woman was telling me all the drama in the world. I made coffee and we sat outside and talked. It was about 4 hours. She was actually fun. Too bad I met her as we were moving.

Complete strangers, I was just selling kitchen stuff.

I used a different email address for Craigslist so I didn't see a follow up email from the 2 hour woman about how her life was going and how was the move?

I felt bad. It was a year later when I saw that message and she probably thought I snubbed her.

“Sorry, I don’t talk money until you’ve seen the item in person.”

That stops most of the bullshit.

I once had a bitch insist I tell her the lowest I’d go on something. I finally said “Four fried chickens, a Coke, and dry white toast.” She didn’t get the joke and started talking about how she could get all that later in the day. I kept stringing her a long for hours - even after some guy came by and gave me my asking price without haggling.

I’ve thrown tons of shit in the garbage that I knew was worth about 400 bucks, because I didn’t want to deal with the throngs that arrived at my gate to haggle. I don’t need their money. It makes me happier to know that something they covet, that is junk to me, is going into the landfill.
