Can anyone here please explain this to me? Is "sigma" a rate in change of frequency? That is how i am interpreting it. My father, a maga-tard that got all of his shots suddenly had his cancer come back in the past few weeks. My wife's aunt also had heart troubles, ended up hitting her head, getting a life flight to the hospital, and they found a massive growth on her ovaries. She was under care for months for the heart issue, and they just now found the cancer. They also believe the cancer is what was doing this to her. Sadly she died yesterday, just mere hours after they discovered the cancer. She was also jabbed and boosted. I'd like to understand the op's chart and post a little better.
Those numbers at the bottom are the chances of something happening, out of 100%, and they're divided by sigma. For example most people (68%) are average IQ (34+34). Most other people (95%) are a little smarter or dumber. That's 2-sigma.
The odds of someone being smarter or dumber than that is a 3+ sigma event. It happnes less than 5% of the time.
You can see that the odds of something happening get smaller very quickly as the sigma number goes up. 9 sigma is basically outside the possibility of random chance.
It's a little hard tell what exactly this chart is measuring, but whatever it is, it's not in any way business as usual. Either this data is bullshit, or there is a recent, massive rise in some measure of cancer.
Just piggybacking on your comment. Sigma is a mathematical measurement which refers to measurement along a bell-curve or other probability distribution. Very generally, 1 or 2 sigma can be explained as falling within the normal distribution, most of the time. A change of 9 sigma is huge.
To put it in perspective, if there was a 9 sigma shift in IQ, the general population average would go from 100 to everyone being geniuses or functionally brain dead.

Yeah, its like that. Can someone explain it to the rest of us?
My buddy today told me he's been having seizures quite a bit over the last year, he said it was because of covid but he also told me a year ago that he got the vaxx, i didnt tell him the real reason he's having seizures because i know he'd get mad and argue...o well...its his problem now
