Thought it was interesting until I saw Bill Gates liked it and played it then I thought oh so this is a sport for couch potatoes. I guess this is basically racquetball with a very soft ball so there's not much speed and it's easy to play?

100% a sport that is designed to be easy for couch potatoes. It is basically badminton but with a wiffleball that goes super slow.
