The ones with no electrical arc or flash, followed by a quick recoil and him making a "shhhhhhhhh" sound, are probably real. The others with large explosions of sparks followed by him making the mating call of all Waluigi mains, are undoubtable fake.

He actually knows what he is doing. He knows enough to make something spark or explode but knows how to do it in a way that won't harm himself.
