Occasionally they will encounter a frozen nigger that coincides with an airport approach vector and determine they had attempted to fly sans ticket by stowing away in the landing gear compartment.

Sadly not the case. Turbine engines are fickle things when it comes to foreign objects. A guy with a Beech Premiere had a $30,000 engine overhaul bill because a swarm of bees took up residence in one of them overnight, and caused an overtemp when starting.
A maintenance tech in El Paso was sucked into a 737 engine while performing a run-up test at the gate some years back. He was turned into chunky salsa, but the blades were battered to hell and back. IIRC, CFM had to offer triple pay to get people willing to clean up and repair that engine.
Something the size of a full-grown primate with luggage will essentially destroy the engine, especially one the size of what's on a corporate jet. Broken and cracked blades in the low-pressure section, and all kinds of shit gunking up the high-pressure section; static vanes blocked, compressor blades gummed up, combustors/flame-holders blocked, etc.
I actually work on jet engines, on start up, they're rather slow. In all honesty the nigger would have jumped out the engine had it been started. It's not like they automatically spin up to 3-4k rpm, they take a good 20-30 seconds of APU cranking before the engine can self sustain. Then they're slowly throttled up.
I'm well aware of startup times. But this is a nigger we're talking about here. He'd probably try to hang on thinking he could "beat" the engine in a tug-of-war.
And the TFE731 on that Hawker is gonna spool up a lot quicker than something like the GE9x on a 777.
Bottom line, not worth the possible repair costs to start it up with a nigger in the inlet.
Quick question though, why do I give a fuck about repair costs of some random jet? Why are you equating a running engine with this shit, or a bunch of bees blocking the bleed air, causing an overheat?
