Notice "X Denier" hews very close to their original "hall-of-cost Denier", which is still a jailable offense in many countries. It is done to conflate the terms to people who have been programmed to conflate things as "logic" and a matter of course.

It is merely another method to label someone/thing as "bad" to the NPC hordes.

And of course it is worded in a way to assume that they are correct/holy/truthful/scientific and anyone not fully fellating them is a bad person, and is therefore not "one of us" and therefore should not be suffered to live.
