Anti-discrimination laws in practice based on the implicit idea that Whites are always the oppressors and non-Whites are always the victims.

Forget anti-racist laws. Abolish them all. Make pro-merit laws. Meritocracy is how Whites largely operate. It doesn't matter if it looks racist. If there's no merit, be done with it.
