Yes. I made no sexual suggestion to the female whatsoever. I did ask her out to coffee several times. She lied to my employer and lawyer by saying she told me she found my conduct harassing and had asked me to stop. My lawyer asked the woman to agree to have her complaint investigated, she declined.My employer passed on the woman's untested allegation to my employment agency and all I received was an apology and payment of my legal costs. The lying little maggot in question suffered no penalty whatsoever except her legal costs.

Edit: She accused me of racism too.To this day no-one knows the details of any of her allegations because she wouldn't have them tested.

Edit: Why did she do it? Her boyfriend was in the process of dumping her and I think she lashed out at me (a common human response when we get a kick - we want to pass it on) and probably used me to try and get sympathy from her boyfriend: "there's this guy at work who's asked me out".

After my brush with a lying alleged victim of sexual harassment I became very "men's rights" conscious and took advantage of any opportunity to strike a blow, figuratively speaking, for the Movement. Once the Office went on a workshop for a few days and left me in charge and a female colleague left some important work unfinished. When the shit hit the fan she said she'd told me to run with it. A lie but I didn't take it lying down (no pun) and I made a formal complaint. I can still hear her sobbing. Did I feel good? Not particularly. She was under a lot of pressure IRL with family and she made a mistake. Had it not been for my wrongful treatment at the hands of a female I probably would have let the matter go. My point? Violence begets violence.
