On real Voat we had the years old accounts that suddenly started posting again. Like scandalous_goat - the undercover cop that harassed me day and night with a porn front, asked me why I posted about Atomwaffen, and called me both a Jew and a neo-Nazi.
I can see how this could be a thing. But, there are many people who simply lurk and read. People like me don't feel compelled to regularly wade into the swamp to insert their crappy opinions.
