I haven't seen it myself but I have connections who fight against that sort of shit and on the dark underbelly of Twitter there was all sorts of fucked up shit, including that.

My suspicion is that people are just dramatic and call photographs of children in a bikini or something child porn. Otherwise none of this makes sense. If there was illegal stuff on Twitter that is viewable by everyone law enforcement would have been up their ass.
