This is better than most ads. When it's a White women and a nigger, the subtext is they're a couple. It triggers different primal instincts. That's the sneaky part that gets into the brain of anyone who sees it, and the repetition normalizes it.

With this ad, there is no subtext, the only thing that registers is "they mix up races in weird ways for advertising." No primal instincts, just a sense that the picture isn't meant to be real.

I mean I'd still rather see an all White family, but I prefer this to an ad that promotes actual race mixing.
