A good insurance policy is worth more than then money spent on it.
And you can't put a price tag on venison (sometimes literally.)

It's the VHS-2, damnit! Considered getting one of those, but hard to justify because I have an AUG and RDB. No Vector, but I do use Kriss mag extensions for my AR-45. They're kinda cheap; wish Kriss made standard .45 mags.

I want one of those Kel-Tec RFBs. It’s a good looking gun, and .308 might justify my trying to get used to a bullpup. But I haven’t seen them going for less than $1500 recently which is a bit too much for me to justify for a gun that I may or may not absolutely love.

Well, you traded a good gun and got one (heavy, but) decent vertical action semi-auto carbine, a shitty Springfield pistol with a shitty holosun reflex, and a god-awful terrible bulpup piece of trash.

He's in the GRIP ZONE! Funny how that meme backfired on Springfield so hard that thry removed that text from newer Mod.2 pistols. I wouldn't say they're junk; they'll go bang every time, but they are a bit large for their niche and that's with a meager 2" barrel.

My XDS is my EDC. Though I haven’t been carrying as much when I go out anymore just because it’s uncomfortable to drive with, and I don’t like taking the extra time when I get to my destination to halfway pull my shorts down just to tuck the IWB in.

I’ll usually just put it in the driver’s side door pocket, so it’s easily accessible when I go out.

I am out of the loop on this (always). Is it still the primers that are expensive or are companies gouging? It seems like this shit is ripe for some competition, maybe some state needs to tell the ATF to gtfo and let this happen. Copper is actually down quite a bit, so that isn't the issue.

Ground venison comes from deer. Ground beef comes from a beef.
Also, I expect .308 rounds are about 3 bucks each. The bullets are likely much less.
