It seems like it's a yearly tradition for me now to go through the archives and relive some amazing memories...
I'm happy to know the Voat databases are in more than one pair of trustworthy hands, so the dream is still alive that Voat, in one form or another, can be resurrected. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Until then, I'll keep posting and commenting here. I'm not sure what other OG Goats think they'll accomplish chatting with each other privately with no audience like we had on the original Voat.

Where I live has strong European roots and even normies celebrate the summer and winter solstices every year. Like you won't not know what day it is because someone will mention it and there are actual events people put on. This is a modern city, not a bunch of farmers.
I don't really get celebrating "the death of voat" I thought it was fucked up the way that went down on Christmas. It felt like a fuck you to all of us. We should celebrate our wins, not remember the times we lost out.
