In the early to mid 2000's, Texas was pushing a "Virginity Rules!" abstinence only kind of program in school.

I can clearly see that it was super effective.

I was in high school from 2004 to 2008 and I'm telling you the average girl just changed in those for years. I had to sit there and witness being a single mom becoming a fashion trend akin to ugg boots, and, even more stunningly, as no adults said or did a single thing about it...

I remember before then, if a girl got pregnant it was a scandal and the parents would often pull her out of school. After that it was praised and all sorts of bull shit.

It's not until VERY recently that I've noticed older women start to admit that there might be something about wrong with younger women these days...way to little, way to late.

Before then. when i was in middle school mid 90's they built a daycare right next to the school for the students that had babies.

The reason their saying something now about these girls is that theres something wrong with them. They dont want to be moms and the grandparents dont want to raise them. I saw this short a while and it was crazy to see a grandma break. Mine raised us and I couldnt imagine if she talked to us this way.
