It wasn't even that uncommon in the late 1960's and 70's for teenagers in films (particularly European) to do nude scenes.
Our teacher showed us Romeo and Juliet in school one year, and I swear Hussey's tit was a blink and you'll miss it kind of thing.
Fair enough if the director told them there wasn't going to be nudity in the film, and he put it in anyway, they should have taken it up with him then, not 60 years later AND after having defended the nudity in the film for years afterward.
Sounds like someone wants to take advantage of #metoo and the current hypersensitivity to anything involving people under 18 and make some sweet sweet cash before they die.
We were showed it in class too. If you compare the actresses age at time of filming to my age at the time that it was shown to me, that chick was older than I was.
An argument could be made that films of this nature were close to the top of the slippery slope. An argument could also be made that Shakespeare should be interpreted as is.
