A maximum term of four years should be enacted for politicians, there should be Internal Affairs and a federalised anti-corruption commission with complete oversight into everything (even national secrets). The worst politician every year (not just election year) gets exiled from your country for life, there should be no loopholes to get out of jail when committing crimes, and all important decisions should have to go to a referendum.
