At my old cooperative we switched to 4 10's and everyone was happier. This was on top of being 100% work from home. I still consult for them, and we haven't had anyone leave in 4 years.

make it unregulated, allow the employer and employee to decide by agreement how many hours are worked.

b) the few suggest "workweek" to tempt the many to consent to "work-weak".

I think a 6 day work week is best, but you have to be self employed.
