Faggots don't understand a strong grip is essential for fighting and survival.

When you grab somebody good and punch the shit out of them, it hurts about three to four times as much as when they can fade away and roll with the punches.

In the mechanical room in my basement I have a 3/4" pipe lying loose across a couple of the truss joists overhead that support the main floor.
That's what I use to do pullups. It takes a good grip to keep the pipe from rolling out of my fingers.
