So this is the second highly addictive opiate-like drug out there with the same flesh-rotting side effect? I don't believe in cooincidences like that anymore.

See Krok or krokodil (Desomorphine). It got really popular in Russia a few years ago. Saw horrifying videos a while back with addicts with limbs literally rotting off.
