i also use a nebulizer. i got a nebulizer and put diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide in it to knock out two colds so far. can't say anything as rock hard evidence, but i think at my age i know when i feel a strong cold coming on. that said; this nebulizer gizmo seemed to do the trick.
that Dr. Mercola guy has some instructional videos on nebulizers. i sometimes think this guy is just selling shit, but he also has a lot of good info. scam or no scam you be the judge. i personally think it worked and the logic of this protocol seems logically sound to me.
Ditto. I've learned important lessons in the past two years. Don't trust the "experts", don't trust doctors, don't trust anyone from the government. And especially don't trust Big Pharma.

Ivermectin is a zinc ionopore, meaning ivermectin allows zinc into the cells where it stops viral replication.
I didnt notice any mention of zinc supplementation, in the study.
The whole point of using ivermectin is to get the zinc out of the blood stream and into the cell.
