That's good and all but, "A person who violates the bill will be guilty of a misdemeanor."
That's better than nothing, but only a misdemeanor? Maybe they thought they'll at least get it passed with that kind of a limp-wristed consequence.

They should ban nothing. They should ban employers thumbing their nose into their employees medical decisions. They should even go as far as teaching psuedo-vax critical science directly in schools. But you shouldn't ban things. Adults should be allowed to make any decision they want to make. Frankly you shouldn't be banning heroine or lead paint.

Maybe you could revoke a medical license if the data is strong enough that a reasonable doctor could not possibly think it was an intelligent thing to do, but licenses are kind of bullshit too and if anything what we just learned is that government shouldn't be making decisions for doctors.

This should have been done the moment it was linked to strokes and heart attacks, especially after we found out that this poison provides less protection to the immune system than the people have who’ve avoided the shot altogether.
