The name “Muhammad” didn’t exist in pre-Islamic Arabia at all; it means “praiseworthy”. Allah swt says in the Qur’an that he will spread Muhammad’s name far and many will know of him. It is a miracle of Allah that every second, thousands of people are saying the name of the prophet of God.

Matthew, Mark, Luke, Michael, Rebecca, Paul, Mary etc etc. Most Christians are named after Hebrew biblical characters. When I was in school, we'd usually have 2-3 Matthews, and 2-3 Michaels in the same class.

Mohammad and it's different spellings is the extreme, but Christians need some damn originality in their names too.
