The video proposes that the idea is an alternative to libertarianism, but the solution is found in Hoppeanism, a branch of anarcho-capitalism that is more libertarian than libertarianism.
The idea is it is ok to exclude people. It's your libertarian right. The Nigger doesn't need to be in that store. The Nigger doesn't need to be on the privately owned roads merging without looking. The Nigger doesn't need to be tying up your waiter asking for ridiculous low-taste modifications to food that has already been perfected while you are waiting for a refill. The Nigger doesn't need to be in the school you and other parents formed for your children.
The problem is that once goods are public they need to serve everyone otherwise they are being excluded from goods they are at least paying some taxes for. Public goods can never be well managed. No matter what policy you set for their use there will be some perverse outcome in one direction or another. If the classroom is publically owned then it is either denying someone an education or forcing your kids to spend time with people who will nigger tax them out of an education. There is no right answer for how to administrate public goods. So you don't have them.
