"Xbox" games never maintain 60fps. But maybe simplified Switch games or first party would.
Console ports are some of the worst. I think they expect to get away with it because no one is counting fraps on the TV
If the switch could do like DLSS that might get you more frames. At the expense of you're not really rendering 4k. But it looks much better than 1080p. Comparable to 2k but scaled for 4k displays
