Paritally blind, mentally & physically disabled woman jailed for telling (unoffically) retarded cyclist to get off footpath

Partially blind woman with cerebral palsy, cognitive and mobility issues, Auriol Grey, 49, gestured towards cyclist Celia Ward, 77, and told her to 'get off the f***ing pavement' as she rode her bike [allegedly] fast on a foot path.

The cyclist obeyed straight away rather than looking first, dismounting her bike or ignoring the pedestrian's request and subsequently fell off her bike and was struck and killed by a car.


The Highway Act 1835 renders it illegal to cycle on the pavement, with a fine of up to £500.

In this instance, however, officers could not determine if the pavement was a shared cycleway, because they too are unofficially retarded.

Daughter of cyclist (also unofficially retardrd) said the pedestrian commited a "deliberate act of violence".

I think if you are an adult, ride a bike anywhere in public and end up dead, you probably deserve it. Unless you're run over by a drunk or shot by a random nigger, you probably got yourself killed through your own stupid.

Having ridden a bike and walked to work for years I can tell you for a fact that retarded drivers are as much to blame as retarded bicyclists or pedestrians. I've been hit once, missed by inches a dozen times and had a water bottle thrown at me merely for existing on a small neighborhood road. Fuck that asshole in particular.

In Australia, there are shared pathways in some areas, so it is perfectly permissible for queeri to ride his bike and harass elderly women.

It would be if there are signs explicitly stating shared pathway with a picture of pedestrians and cyclists as is the case on many coastal walks.

However the UK does not allow cyclists to use the footpath.

Look don't ride bikes near streets with traffic that's moving that fast and it's so crowded. It's always difficult to ride on the edge of a sidewalk and you've got to make room for people walking by. It was just way too dangerous a street to be riding your bicycle next to or in.
