These people are fucking pathetic. I've hit two 5 day fasts in 2022 and did a 4 day fast a month ago. You do not need to fucking eat all the time. Just stop putting food in your mouth its not fucking hard.

Wake up, have some tea, drink water and work the rest of the day. Go home, shower and sleep. Then wake up and make an awesome omelette. It's great.

The trick is to cut carbs and go fat+protein for a few days before the fast, then you're already geared for ketosis and don't get carb carving. Every day is pretty much the same after that.
