Freedom allows a people's character to show unabated. Remove the police out of Baltimore and you get Africa (they deserve it so I'm for it). Remove the police out of Portland and you get an open air insane asylum. Get rid of almost all policing in a completely white area and hardly a thing will change. You'll just have less civil asset forfeiture and speed traps.
